The very talented Miss Jennifer Lynn Pelka, who I have had the fortune to work with for the last year and a half or so, always continues to impress and amaze me. She is a talnted young chef who worked in the much esteemed New York restaurant Daniel, and is now pursuing her true love; cooking for small, intimate parties. If you havent experienced one of her well-planned evenings, you are certainly missing out on life!
